Small Group Bible Studies
We are currently offering 2 Bible Studies.
One on Monday evening at 6:45 in the Parlor.
One on Wednesday morning at 10:00 in the Parlor.
Please join us in fellowship with your brothers and sisters in Christ, and grow stronger in your Christian faith.
This group of fun loving people are in charge of planning membership activities. This includes themed potlucks, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, church-wide BBQs … anything that brings our church family together for fellowship and fun.
We are here to help even the youngest child grasp the meaning of scripture by Catching their interest and teaching them lessons they’ll remember! Sunday school currently starts about 10:15AM and is for kids Pre-K and beyond. Each class includes music, a story or lesson and often times a craft. Our Local | Global Commission is in charge of all outreach ministries at FUMC. These ministries are, local, national and sometimes worldwide as we strive to be the hands of Christ in service to the Lord.

Music Ministry is about so much more than a choir getting up to sing an anthem each week. It’s an opportunity to worship Christ. It’s a prayer; a lesson for the congregation. Although we always need people to receive our music, we can also use more participating in it’s creation as well!
King Soopers: The community rewards program for King Soopers cards is linked to your Loyalty card. You must enroll online. Make sure you link your card with First United Methodist Church, Greeley, as your charity of choice. By using your King Soopers Loyalty card, each time you shop King Soopers will donate to FUMC.
Safeway: If you do your grocery shopping at Safeway, please consider using a re-loadable grocery card. The cards cost $5 (as they come with a $5 balance already loaded) and are available for purchase in the church office. These cards are very easy to use. Go to the service counter or a register; request the clerk to load whatever amount you choose and then shop! You can do this multiple times. Each time you load the card the church receives a percentage of that amount as a donation.
We need additional bus drivers to be able to continue this valuable ministry to our church family. It takes no special license and the bus is really easy to drive. You only need to commit to one Sunday a month and there are back up drivers available if you need to miss or switch Sundays.
